If you send us an order by e-mail, please do not include your credit card information! Provide us with the best time to call you, and we will contact you for that information, along with confirming your order.

Shipping
We ship via FedEx Ground and FedEx Ground Home Delivery.
Orders are usually shipped within 5 working days from receiving them.
We are pleased to still be offering you free shipping! (FedEx ground; on packages up to 129 inches, within the continental United States on orders of $39.00 or more.)
Shipping Damage
Open your package as soon as you receive it. Damage must be reported to us within 7 days. No one packs better than we do!!
But, if there is any damage, you must keep all of the packaging so it can be returned and inspected by the carrier and us.

Returns:
West Charlton Frame Company is sure you will enjoy our quality products. We guarantee the products we sell are free of defects or we will gladly send you a replacement, or issue a refund. Returns must be made within 30 days of our shipping date. Items must be returned postpaid. (C.O.D. returns not accepted) Certain undamaged and unused returns may be subject to a restocking fee. Please call us at 1-888-569-5571 and we will assist you.
Product Color/Detail:
We make every effort to represent our products as accurately as possible, but due to different web browsers and monitors, there may be some variations. When color of mat and/or moulding are extremely critical, you may request samples, at no charge.
