Our website is not an e-commerce site.

In order to maintain a personal touch with our customers, we prefer to take your order over the phone. That way, we can answer your questions and deal with any special requirements you may have. Call us TOLL FREE at 1-888-569-5571.

Shipping

We are pleased to be offering FREE SHIPPING on complete frame kit orders ( including frame, mat, backing, and glazing), that are $69 and up. 

*(on packages up to 129" of combined length and girth, within the continental US)*

For example, we can ship a 28 x 36"completely assembled watercolor frame kit using a 2" wide moulding without charging any shipping or oversize fees!

 

The shipping charge on orders less than $69.00 and empty frames is $10.00 per box.

We ship via FedEx Ground and FedEx Ground Home Delivery.

Orders are usually shipped within 5 working days from receiving them.

 

Shipping Damage

Open your package as soon as you receive it. Damage must be reported to us within 7 days. No one packs better than we do!!

But, if there is any damage, you must keep all of the packaging so it can be returned and inspected by the carrier and us.

Prices and terms are subject to change without notice. We will update our website with any changes.

Returns:

West Charlton Frame Company is sure you will enjoy our quality products. We guarantee the products we sell are free of defects or we will gladly send you a replacement, or issue a refund. Returns must be made within 30 days of our shipping date. Items must be returned postpaid. (C.O.D. returns not accepted) Certain undamaged and unused returns may be subject to a restocking fee. Please call us at 1-888-569-5571 and we will assist you.

Product Color/Detail:

We make every effort to represent our products as accurately as possible, but due to different web browsers and monitors, there may be some variations. When color of mat and/or moulding are extremely critical, you may request samples, at no charge.
