Policy
We offer free shipping* on:
- Complete, fully-assembled frame kit orders (frame, matboard, backing, and glazing combined) on orders $89 and up.
- Empty frames (for oils, acrylics, etc.) on orders $199 and up.
* The following shipping charges apply when any of the below conditions are met:
- Complete frame kit orders less than $89. ($15 charge)
- Empty frame orders less than $199. ($15 charge)
- Packages containing at least one frame that is wider than 24" (internal dimension of frame) [oversized]. ($15 charge)
- Packages exceeding 129" of combined length and girth [ginormous]. (calculated rate)
Available shipping methods are FedEx Ground and FedEx Ground Home Delivery.
Orders must be shipped within the continental United States.
Shipping Damage
Open your package as soon as you receive it. Damage must be reported to us within 7 days of carrier-confirmed delivery. In the event that there is any damage, you must keep all of the packaging so that it can be returned and inspected by the carrier and us.
Returns
West Charlton Frame is sure you will enjoy our quality products. We guarantee that the products we sell are free of defects or we will gladly send you a replacement, or issue a refund. Returns must be made within 30 days from that date that the order shipped from our shop. Items must be returned postage-paid (C.O.D. returns not accepted). Certain undamaged and unused returns may be subject to a restocking fee. Please call us at 1 (888) 569-5571 and we will assist you.
